As a new patient you may be wondering what to expect on your first visit. We ask if you have insurance, bring your current insurance card and the staff will verify your benefits and costs while you are in the office.

As with any health care clinic, there is paperwork to be filled out. The intake forms are available for download from our website if you wish to speed up your time in the office. Once your paperwork is completed, we will sit down together to review the information and discuss your complaints in detail. After this consultation, I will perform an in-depth examination which includes orthopedic tests, neurological tests, as well as strength testing. If needed, radiographs will also be performed.

At this point we will review your case including your history, the exam findings and X-rays, if performed to determine the cause of your pain. I will develop a treatment plan to address your condition and we will discuss this treatment plan prior to initiating care.
